Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about our events.

We regularly expand the FAQ to keep you up to date.

  • Will the event take place?

    We are in the process of organizing the event and are eager to finally be able to exercise together with you again.

    To protect everyone from the SARS-Coronavirus-2, we are currently working on a safety and hygiene concept.

    We reserve the right to require the following for participation:

    • A complete vaccination or a negative SARS Coronavirus-2-test (e.g. PCR for participants and/or daily antigen test for accompanying persons) 
    • or proof of a past Covid-19-infection (currently under discussion). 

    We will share more information on this soon.

  • What health precautions will be taken?

    Depending on the pandemic situation at the time of the event, we reserve the right to request vaccination status or proof of a negative SARS Coronavirus-2-test for participation.

    If necessary, there will be on-site testing (further information will follow soon). Supplementary measures such as wearing a mask may also be taken.

    We will also provide information on this before and during the event.

  • Is it possible to postpone my participation until next year?

    Postponing your participation to next year will only be possible if we have to officially cancel the event.

  • If I get COVID-19 or have to quarantine, will my registration fee be refunded?

    Your registration fee will only be refunded if you have taken out an insurance policy that covers this eventuality.

  • If it is impossible to travel to the event, will my registration fee be refunded?

    If it is impossible for you to travel to the event because, for example, you are banned from entering the country, we will only refund the registration fee if we have to officially cancel the event – even if there is an entry ban for your country of origin.
